Subject: Terry's Best Pancakes
Here is my recipe for the very best pancakes. The cornmeal makes the
texture of these pancakes just perfect.
terry

Terry's Best Pancakes -

1 cup flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

I'm guessing on the buttermilk.  Don't seem to have the recipe written
down anywhere.  I just add the buttermilk til I get the right consistency.

Recipe Notes
We love fresh blueberries added to the pancake batter. I make a full
recipe and cook all of the pancakes. Wrap and refrigerate the
leftovers. They reheat well in the microwave for breakfast the next day.
