It's coming up to winter over here, and that particular kitchen 'gadget' is going to cop a flogging...... it's going to make a fantastic center piece/talking point at some dinner parties I'm planning.

Moochos grassyass :-)
Now, I just have to get my act into gear and dig up some Moroccan recipes, and source some good couscous.

The first time Christine came to visit, she lured Lin to the Le Creuset outlet in Vacaville, and Lin came home with a tagine. Here are some pics from its first use:

And having just purchased from one of the outlets down in FL, I found out they will ship for free! There was *no* way I could have purchased all I just did and get it on the airplane otherwise. I purchased a large paella pan, a 3 quart sauce pan and a 6.5 quart sauce pan. I meant to be buying two of the pieces for my daughter, but might re-think who keeps what? Goomba

Yeah...... get your daughter around and show her the pieces and say "This is what you have to buy." ;-)
